Les bracelets correspondent à ce que j’attendais bien que j’ai quelques craintes par rapport à la solidité du fil élastique qui relie les perles. Par contre j’ai reçu mon colis 4 semaines après la commande contrairement aux 3 à 5 jours annoncés. Et pendant que j’attendais le colis, je n’arrêtais de recevoir des publicités qui annonçaient toujours des délais de 3 à 5 jours !

Petite erreur sur une parure reçue avec un bracelet qui n'était pas le bon. Mais service client au top ! Je l'ai contacté pour déclarer mon problème, tout a ete mis en place pour me renvoyer une nouvelle parure malgré des difficultés d'approvisionnement en cette forte période d'achat entre black Friday et noel.
On m'a même offert la parure reçue en premier, bracelets que j'ai pu offrir autour de moi.

Love these bracelets though

I have MANY of these bracelets, which I love, though this grouping is "off." The two green on each side are perfect. However, the lighter green in the center, in my mailing is so light that it looks white, which throws the whole grouping off. As it will cost me money to return it I'm keeping it though it's not as pictured and not really what i want.
