30-day return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for any reason. We want you to love your piece — if something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return conditions
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original Koss Design satin pouch and packaging. Pieces showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.
How to return
Email contact@kossdesign.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you the return address and step-by-step instructions within 48 hours.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong piece. We recommend using a tracked service.
Refund timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? Email us and we'll guide you through the exchange — no need to wait for the refund.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Non-returnable items
Personalized pieces, final-sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, production begins and we're unable to cancel.
