How much is shipping?
- Tracked and secured premium delivery (4 to 7 working days): £5.90 on orders under £35, £4.90 on orders from £35 to £44.99 - FREE on orders of £45 or more
- Package protection (orders of £45 or more): add protection against loss, damage and theft, with immediate resolution, for £2.00
Will I pay customs or import duties?
No. All UK duties and import fees are covered by us. The price you see at checkout is the final price - no surprise fees at delivery.
Is there a tracking number?
Yes. Every order is tracked. You will receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
No. Your jewellery ships in a compact, reinforced envelope (11 x 16 cm) that fits straight into your letterbox - no signature needed.
How long does delivery take?
4 to 7 working days. Delivery times can be slightly longer during peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas).
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Email us at support@kossdesign.com as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will update it for you.
I haven't received my order.
Contact us at support@kossdesign.com with your order number. Our team replies within 24 hours and will make it right.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at support@kossdesign.com right away. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be changed, but you can still return it within 30 days.
