RETURNS & EXCHANGES
30-day return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your jewelry, for any reason. We want you to love your piece - if something isn't right, we'll make it right.
The size doesn't fit
Email support@kossdesign.com with your order number and the size you need. Exchanges are free of any processing fee.
Refund or store credit - your choice
Choose store credit or a full refund to your original payment method. Full refunds may carry a small processing fee of the equivalent of US$0.50 to US$2.00. Exchanges and store credit have no fee.
Return conditions
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original Koss Design satin pouch and packaging.
How to return
- Email support@kossdesign.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We reply within 24 hours with the return address and step-by-step instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we email you a confirmation and issue your refund or store credit within 5 to 10 business days.
My jewelry arrived damaged
Send clear photos to support@kossdesign.com. Once validated, we ship a replacement at no cost to you.
