What is the return period?
We offer 30 days (while the legal requirement is only 14 days) because we have full confidence in our jewelry and we also want to make sure our customers take the time to be completely satisfied.
Is it easy to return a product if needed?
Our warehouse is based in the Paris region, and we ship worldwide! Don't worry — just send us an email and we'll help you through the process. We are consumers too and we know there's nothing more frustrating than having to return a product. We treat our customers as partners, because you are our ambassadors.
