Our manufacturing process

Step 1: Working with genuine Japanese flat beads

Sourcing is an essential step, because today, many Chinese counterfeits are proliferating on the Internet, and these are made of plastic, not glass. They blacken in just a few weeks.

It took us a while to find THE right supplier.

Today, we're delighted to say that all our beads are genuine and certified "Miyuki".

Pictured here is our annual visit to our supplier in Japan, the Miyuki Factory boutique in Tokyo, which has been in business since 1949.

Step 2 : A meticulous selection from Japan

We carefully select different Tila beads to create perfect combinations for our flat bead bracelet. Our commitment is to offer an irresistible and unique style that will appeal to a multitude of discerning customers

Step 3 : Assembly

Once the flat beads have been selected and purchased, the assembly begins. The particular shape of Miyuki Japanese flat beads requires a special know-how to ensure that the bracelets are round and not square.

Step 4 : Meticulous production

Once the unique style has been created by our designers, production begins with the selected beads.

Using a needle, each flat bead is placed on a sturdy elastic band.

Step 5: Attention to detail

Once the Miyuki beads are set, a triple knot is made to ensure the bracelet's strength, then hidden beneath the beads to maintain an aesthetic look. Each piece of jewelry is made with love and attention to detail.
