How long does it take to receive my order?

We deliver in 2 to 4 days for France and 4 to 8 days for Canada, Norway, Singapore, the UK and the US. 

Where do you ship my order from?

We ship from our warehouse in France.

What happens if I am not at home to receive my jewelry?

Don't worry, your satisfaction is our priority.

The size of our package is small enough to be placed in your mailbox.

Are there any customs fees?

We ship from our warehouse located in Ile-de-France, France and therefore, orders placed in the EU, US, Singapore and Canada are not subject to customs fees.

I did not receive my delivery?

Contact us via our contact form or by e-mail at support@kossdesign.com. If you don't receive a response within two business days, you can also email us via Instagram. Exceptional customer service is our priority, so we'll always try to get back to you as quickly as possible.

I have the wrong address, what should I do?

In the event that your order has not yet been shipped, we invite you to contact us via support@kossdesign.com as soon as possible to update your shipping information.

Do you do dropshipping?

Don't worry we don't sell our small jewelry items in dropshipping 😘 We ship the jewelry items you order ourselves. We have our own stock unlike the sellers who do dropshipping. This allows us to deliver you very quickly from our French warehouse.
