I have a 6.5" wrist and based on the recommendation, I ordered the XL. Good thing I did as they just stretch over my wrist. They hang beautifully though. The glass "beads" (more like little tiles) are very thin, but the workmanship is well-done and the design/color combinations are great. I plan to order more as gifts in the future.
