The bracelets that I received that were gold tilas were beautiful and I gave them for gifts. Everyone loved them. The second order I placed was for myself and the bracelets were just too small. I wasn't aware that there were different size options. I reached out to customer Service and Eva offered for me to pick out three different bracelets, which I did I received them and they're absolutely beautiful and they did not even want me to return the other ones, I've never gotten such great customer service
